Abstract: Saudi German Hospital Group is considered as the largest private healthcare provided in MENA region. Evosys have implemented 4 products of Oracle Cloud CX for this customer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The customer would present their case study to talk about various aspects; in past, hospital has no written business processes and all sales, services processes were done manually taking lot of time and efforts. And the marketing processes were limited only to the print event and announcement brochures. Hospital’s journey of successfully implementing sales cloud, service cloud, marking, cloud.
