Abstract: This presentation will describe how Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms can be used to significantly reduce customer churn. A use case will be presented that describes the customer churn challenge, a Machine Learning strategy, selected algorithms, opensource tools and ultimate results and benefits of the solution. The presentation will also describe how the solutions was operationalized into the Oracle Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable modules.
