Abstract: In this session we will explore Oracle Service Contracts’ robust ability to support fulfillment for subscription-based products. We will explore the subscription fulfillment schedule functionality – allowing you to specify the frequency of fulfillment, type of document, type of media, and even fulfillment channel for all your products. We will also cover the fulfillment of tangible products via Order Management and options for intangible product fulfillment. Finally, we will provide examples of how Service Contracts can serve as an end-end solution for your subscription business and save you time.
Objective 1: Become familiar with Oracle Service Contracts and it’s placement in the Oracle CRM Service offering.
