Abstract: With big data revolutionizing marketing and finance, it is imperative that analytics on HCM Cloud enable organizations to obtain insight to strategically manage employees and improve organizational performance. Effective reporting and analytics in HR requires an in-depth understanding of product functionality as well as client's HR processes to enable interpretation of data (which is the key to analytics). This session highlights best practices in HR analytics and reporting and pre-built, mobile-compatible reporting utilities in HCM Cloud that not only expedite migration to HCM Cloud by enabling effective data validation, but also enable clients to utilize the application for advanced and predictive analytics.
Objective 1: Data analysis and reporting are in huge demand across enterprises of all sizes. Oracle Cloud incorporates high performance analytics into their platform, but not everyone knows what lies under the hood or even what to expect.
