Abstract: PeopleSoft HelpDesk delivers related action links to associate cases with business projects, sends case surveys, selects a branch script and creates change requests. As a customer you can leverage this portion of the application by creating your own related action link, and through some configuration and custom code you can create a custom related action. This presentation will demonstrate a related action for a custom billing solution, pagelets for approvals, related content and a high level workflow of the process to solve a need that is not delivered in PeopleSoft HelpDesk.
